We are seeking an Assistant Site Director (PM shift) - PrimeTime (Part Time) at Harmonium, Inc. Join our team to help shape a better future for youth in San Diego. This role involves ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of children enrolled in the ASES program, with responsibilities including opening/closing the site, maintaining a clean environment, and managing devices used during remote learning.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• At least 48 college units or pass the District's Classroom Assistant Proficiency Exam
• Valid Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification
• Either 6 units in child development or related fields, or 6 months of work experience in an ASES program
• At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-aged children in after-school or childcare settings

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday to Friday, PM shifts
• Starting at $22.66/hour
• Part-time benefits include voluntary benefits, 403b retirement plan with match, and paid sick leave
