The Procurement Manager will lead global sourcing initiatives and oversee end-to-end procurement operations. This role is responsible for developing and managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely, cost-effective procurement of quality materials in compliance with international trade regulations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with technical and operational requirements. Strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and proficiency in ERP/PLM systems are essential to drive process improvement, optimize inventory, and support business objectives.
