About The Role:
Settled in the award-winning San Diego Convention Center, the Construction Manager is responsible for supporting the Capital Improvement and Maintenance Programs. This position is expected to serve as the internal oversight supporting commercial construction, daily maintenance activities, and the building's infrastructure. General activities include scope development, construction supervision, bid evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, change order review and negotiation, and general management and administration of construction projects and daily maintenance functions.
