Compensation

• Pay Rate: 29.72 per hour
• Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine EHS inspections, audits, and follow-up on identified corrective actions.
• Support incident investigations and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain EHS documentation such as training records, inspection checklists, and compliance logs.
• Coordinate hazardous waste collection and ensure proper documentation.
• Deliver EHS training for new hires and existing staff.
• Participate in ergonomic evaluations and site-wide risk assessments.
• Assist with the upkeep of EHS management systems and tools.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and Cal/OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve EHS concerns and drive safety culture.
• Support emergency preparedness efforts, including evacuation drills and response coordination.
• Actively participate in and support EHS awareness campaigns and initiatives.
• Serve as the EHS liaison for assigned functional units, assisting with change management and other programs.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business and EHS goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Environmental, Health, and Safety or a related field (required).
• Professional certifications (e.g., HAZWOPER, OSHA 30) or must be willing to obtain within 3 years of hire.
