REQUIREMENTS

1. The ideal candidate will be a high performer with significant law firm experience in patent prosecution.
2. Admission to a state bar is required.
3. Graduate degree in biology or a related field is required.
4. USPTO registration is required.
5. Experience in IP strategy, portfolio management, and the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
6. Candidates should be team players with strong interpersonal skills.
