Do you have exemplary leadership and operations experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity? Daida is seeking a Director of Operations. Pay rate is $90,000 to $100,000 annually. You will have the opportunity to oversee and lead our entire operation at our San Diego location. Job Summary

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves setting long-term goals, determining key performance indicators (KPIs), and devising plans to achieve them.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and effectiveness. This includes analyzing current processes, implementing best practices, and continuously seeking ways to improve workflows and reduce costs.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Ensure that resources are used efficiently to meet operational goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead staff. This involves recruiting, training, and developing team members, as well as fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets. Monitor financial performance to ensure operations stay within budget while achieving financial goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives. This includes planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within scope and budget.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers. Address and resolve any operational issues or concerns that arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on operational performance. Prepare regular reports and analysis highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems that enhance operational efficiency. Stay updated on technological advancements and recommend relevant tools or systems.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that products or services meet quality standards. Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Warehouse Management– manage and lead the warehouse process, inventory, etc., across all Daida Centers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) years of professional production operations experience (document management a plus).
  • Project assessment and intake skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple tasks and maintain priorities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Document Management and Processing, including imaging, indexing, and basic comprehension of electronic hosting.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, collaborating with Sales, Technology, and Management on unusual matters.
  • Analytical ability to gather facts and develop solutions, solid knowledge of problem-solving methods and techniques related to this job.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively manage teams and interact effectively with diverse individuals and personalities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
