Overview

Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an attorney with at least three years' of quality experience in construction contract litigation to join our San Diego team. Excellent writing skills are required, and deposition, oral argument, and trial experience is a plus. The successful candidate may work on a remote basis, but should be available to attend hearings, depositions, meetings, and the like, in San Diego as needed. California Bar membership required.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Fennemore's compensation is merit-based, and varies depending upon multiple factors including experience, location and productivity. The estimated salary for a fourth year attorney who fills this position in San Diego is no less than $175,000 annually, plus a generous objective and subjective bonus program. The base salary and bonuses increase with more experience and productivity above expectations.

Qualifications

  • Attorney with at least three years' of quality experience in construction contract litigation
  • California Bar membership required
  • Excellent writing skills; deposition, oral argument, and trial experience is a plus
  • Remote work possible but candidate should be available to attend hearings, depositions, meetings, and related proceedings in San Diego as needed
