Overview

SAP - SuccessFactors Payroll - Senior - Consulting - Location OPEN role at EY. Location: Anywhere in Country. EY focuses on shaping the future with confidence by helping clients leverage SAP technology to enhance operations. EY's SAP service line capabilities include Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors. The focus is on elevating performance and productivity for clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements to ensure the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and act as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical team.
• Complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems, and translate business needs into effective solutions.

Regular travel may be required to meet with clients.

What You'll Do (Role Focus)

As a Senior Application Designer and Developer in the SuccessFactors team, you will help address challenges organizations face in the digital era with a business-centered approach beyond technology implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
• Typically 2 – 4 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors system.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, implementation(s) and time management solutions.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%.
• Able to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications for respective modules.
• Experience with at least two full cycle implementations of core modules.
• Workforce Time and Attendance solution experience.

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Salary ranges vary by location: base ranges approximately $101,500 to $186,000 in most locations; higher ranges apply for NYC Metro, WA, and CA (excluding Sacramento). Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off options.
