Stantec's Water practice in San Diego, California is seeking a highly motivated Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our team as a Project Technical Lead (PTL). The PTL is responsible for project delivery, design management, and coordinating multidisciplinary activities to ensure integrated technical solutions and high-quality outputs. Responsibilities include managing water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects, providing technical guidance, and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities include promoting project delivery structures, developing innovative solutions, managing design and construction of water/wastewater projects, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. Candidates should have experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design, project management, and leading multidisciplinary teams. A B.S. in engineering (M.S. preferred), at least 8 years of relevant experience, and a valid California PE license are required.
