What You'll Do

• Own primary and secondary metallic/composite structure through concept, sizing, FEM, and certification.
• Develop weight forecasts and growth tracking dashboards.
• Drive design-for-manufacture with supply-chain and manufacturing engineers.

What You Bring

• B.S. or M.S. in Aero/Mech or similar; >7 yrs in aircraft structures.
• NASTRAN/PATRAN or HyperWorks mastery; composites lay-up and bonding know-how.
• Proven record meeting aggressive weight and cost targets in startup-speed programs.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active US Top Secret security clearance.

Bonus Points

• Experience certifying Part 23/25 or MIL-HDBK-516C air vehicle structures

Compensation And Benefits

Base pay range: $155,000.00/yr - $235,000.00/yr
