About The Position

As an operations manager, you will oversee parking attendants, ensure high standards, and lead your team to success. Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations and staff.
• Implementing procedures to improve efficiency and service.
• Overseeing cash handling and reporting.
• Maintaining parking facilities and equipment.
• Hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance and control costs.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
• Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Address guest concerns promptly.
• Foster effective communication within the team.
• Create a supportive work environment.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of parking or transportation management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Financial skills are a plus.
