Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part Time

ABAcus Behavioral Health is a small, supportive ABA agency serving children with autism and their families in San Diego. We focus on high-quality early intervention and naturalistic teaching strategies (NET, PRT, ESDM).

We are seeking a part-time BCBA Clinical Supervisor (approx. 3 days/week) to oversee ABA programs in the home setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment goals
• Supervise ABA programs and behavior technicians
• Provide parent/caregiver training
• Review data and update programs
• Write timely, professional reports

Requirements

• BCBA certification (required)
• 3+ years ABA experience preferred
• Knowledge of naturalistic techniques (NET, PRT, ESDM)
• Reliable transportation (paid travel time + mileage reimbursement)
• Live Scan clearance
