We need hands-on care to take care of my loved one in San Diego who is working through some joint and arthritis issues as well as headaches. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities may be helping with getting in and out of clothing and getting up from a bed or chair, getting to the restroom and going up/down stairs. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
