Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cybersecurity assessments of Industrial Control System environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies
• Assess compliance against NIST, DoD, USMC, and other security requirements, including CNSSI-1253 Security controls and DISA STIGs/SRGs
• Implement low-cost cybersecurity best practices and make recommendations to improve the organization's cybersecurity program
• Generate and disseminate after-action reports detailing findings and recommendations for the organization
• Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and make recommendations for proactive measures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or IT-related field with 6-8 years of directly related experience, including at least 5 years performing Cyber assessments
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in defensive cybersecurity operations and conducting assessments
• Knowledge of DOD security controls, including DISA Secure Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG) and the DOD IA Certification and Accreditation Process
• Familiarity with Marine Corps and DISA cybersecurity policies and procedures
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC) and a US Government Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with USMC IT and OT/FRCS Systems and cybersecurity processes
• Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, GICSP
• Previous experience with ICS/SCADA supporting mission-critical infrastructure
