We are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our team in San Diego, CA. In this role, you will collaborate with Google's Test Engineering teams to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for various software components. You will be responsible for performing both manual and automated testing across multiple platforms, ensuring product quality, compliance, and an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Google's Test Engineering II team to:
• Create test plans for components.
• Create and execute test cases.
• Set up test environments.
• Execute manual tests.
• Find and report bugs.

Requirements:

• Excellent testing skills with experience in testing large-scale systems (web-based preferable).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong ability to think through customer scenarios.
• Working knowledge of test automation tools.
• Ability to create, review, and update test scripts.
