About the Role

As a Senior Advisory Tax Manager, you take ownership of your client relationships, your workflow, your team's success, and your results.

• Leading client relationships with confidence and autonomy
• Managing and reviewing work across our tax and accounting service areas
• Supporting and coaching staff with clarity, kindness, and accountability
• Driving client results and firm-wide standards with a growth mindset

• Ensuring all client work is moving forward on time and at a high standard
• Staying on top of billing, collections, and financial follow-through
• Delivering excellent, responsive client service at every stage
• Holding yourself and your team accountable to firm goals and timelines

• A proactive, organized CPA with 10+ years of industry experience
• You understand the power of advisory, not just delivery
• You know how to manage deadlines, people, and relationships

• Proficient in CCH Axcess products (Wolters Kluwer), Microsoft Office, and tax/accounting software
