Overview

We are a well-established family law firm located in downtown San Diego, dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation in all areas of family law. Our firm is committed to excellence, professionalism, and client-centered advocacy. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with demonstrated experience in family law to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, and restraining orders.
• Appear in court and handle hearings independently.
• Draft pleadings, declarations, discovery, and Points and Authorities.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Manage an active caseload from initial consultation through resolution.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in family law.
• Demonstrated courtroom experience and familiarity with San Diego County court procedures.
• Strong legal writing, drafting, and research skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
