The Functional Business Systems Analyst will serve as the primary advocate and support liaison for Transportation and Campus Activation Services, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of Transportation Infrastructure Platforms. This role involves daily system troubleshooting, responding to user inquiries, managing escalations, and overseeing functional configurations. As the central point of contact for platform-related operations, the analyst is critical in translating user needs into practical system requirements, enabling seamless platform functionality.
In addition to supporting day-to-day operations, the analyst will drive system improvements by creating and refining report development and dashboard requirements, ensuring robust data-driven insights for enhanced decision-making. Key responsibilities also include training end-users, maintaining a knowledge base, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote continuous system optimization. This position demands a strong analytical mindset, collaborative skills, and a deep understanding of Transportation Infrastructure Platforms and related reporting functions, all geared toward enhancing operational efficiency and user experience.
Annual Full Pay Range: $79,200 - $143,400 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $37.93 - $68.68
Factors in determining compensation include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale is the budgeted salary or hourly range the University expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
