Include the following:Maintains accurate accounting of all credit card sales on assigned location. Performs location worker assignments. Organizes all paperwork for cashier responsibilities including cash slips, over-ring and under-ring forms, and house charges. Verifies the proper items prices to the menu. Verifies restaurant staff transactions and keeps cash register balanced. Monitors the proper recording of meal vouchers. Maintains accurate credit card handling procedures at all times. Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage area. Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
