IT Project Manager

You are a project manager who touches every single part of a business and wears multiple hats: from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals to participating in business development and being a key contributor to employees' growth. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to support the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while working together with your team to make a tangible difference. Qualifications

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with DoD IT project management or program support
• Knowledge of project and program management practices in a DoD setting
• Ability to work independently, with minimal direction, across cross‑functional teams, and help lead a team
• Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have

• Experience with defense procurement or acquisition
• Experience with Agile methodologies or software project management tools, including ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence
• Experience leading Agile teams, including as a scrum master or release train engineer
• Experience working in an Enterprise IT environment
• Experience supporting the Navy
• Experience with the development and writing of Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW)
• Experience supporting the review of vendor proposals within identified service areas
• Knowledge of vendor management to ensure that vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements are aligned
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and SAFe Certification
• ITIL Foundations Certification, CSM or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Certification

Salary is determined by factors including location, education, skills, experience, contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
