About the Opportunity

Associate Information Designer – LINK is actively seeking an Associate Information Designer to join our dynamic team. You will translate concepts into compelling visual products, including prototypes, wireframes, infographics, charts, and diagrams, to effectively convey both quantitative data and abstract ideas in print and digital formats. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand needs, develop intuitive information hierarchies, and create designs that support their goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, UX Design, Visual Journalism, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • 3‑5 years of experience in graphic design or a related role
  • Expertise in information design and a passion for creating visual stories with data
  • Well‑versed in experience design, brand development, information design, and graphic design to propose and develop the best solutions for each project
  • Highly motivated to solve end‑user challenges, meet stakeholder needs, and achieve business goals
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and adapting to changing requirements
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to lead clients and teams to clarity around requirements
  • A bias toward positivity, openness, and supporting others

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with strategy and design teams to understand client challenges and co‑create effective visual products for the appropriate audience
  • Translate ideas into compelling visual stories, including prototyping concepts through sketching
  • Create infographics, charts, diagrams, presentations, and other visual products to convey quantitative data and abstract concepts for print and digital formats
  • Design presentations, reports, brochures, and other marketing materials
  • Design branding schemes or adhere to existing guidelines to create a consistent look and feel unique to individual clients
  • Perform background, market, and brand research for new and existing clients
  • Build out Creative Cloud library assets, compile portfolio references from past projects, and manage routine project tasks
  • Work iteratively by proactively asking for feedback from internal partners and clients to incrementally improve solutions
  • Manage project deadlines and workload

Work Schedule

  • Full time, 40 hours per week
  • Hybrid, 2–3 days a week onsite with the client
  • Some travel required to meet with prospects/clients, attend events, and participate in LINK team events

Salary

We're committed to offering competitive compensation. While the salary range for this position is $55,000‑$74,000, your final offer may be adjusted based on factors like experience and location.
