Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for CoreValve products within designated geography
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve/exceed sales quotas while expanding existing business and creating new opportunities
  • Provide technical support and education for TAVR procedures and products to implanting centers
  • Maintain strong territory management through organization, administration, and expense control
  • Represent the employer at industry conferences and engage with key decision-makers to promote the product portfolio

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of sales experience in a healthcare environment, specifically with interventional or surgical products
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience selling cardiac surgery, cardiology, interventional radiology, and/or vascular surgery products
  • Valid driver's license required for travel within the territory
  • Ability to travel extensively, with overnight stays up to 50-75% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in previous sales roles demonstrating high sales performance and influence
  • Strong understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology
  • Experience in interventional cardiac or vascular procedures, including familiarity with imaging modalities
  • Previous experience in launching new medical devices and managing multiple accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively train and educate medical personnel
