Role Description

This is a full‑time remote role for an Associate Personal Injury Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in personal injury cases. Day‑to‑day tasks include reviewing case files, communicating with clients and insurance companies, developing legal strategies, and attending court hearings and depositions.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely – must live in Southern California
• Experience in personal injury law is a plus
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid state bar license (or post‑bar)
• 1+ year of PI or litigation experience or post‑bar July 2025
• Tech‑savvy (Mac‑based office) and highly organized
• Self‑starter with a team mindset

What You'll Do

• Manage your personal injury caseload (pre‑litigation & litigation)
• Guide clients through treatment and recovery
• Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters
• Attend depositions, mediations, and court hearings
• Organize medical records, bills, and damage documentation
• Coordinate clients' treatment
