We have an immediate opening for a full-time Account Manager in the San Diego territory of Southern CA. This role requires frequent driving (5-40%). The position offers an opportunity to improve patients' lives, provide valuable service and cost savings to the medical community, and gain extensive healthcare experience.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing daily inventory and product stocking to ensure availability for treatments.
2. Communicating with clinical staff to obtain documentation for billing.
3. Measuring and applying orthopedic soft goods such as knee orthoses, spinal braces, and ankle-foot orthotics.
4. Screening calls and emails regarding patient status and reporting issues to physicians and care providers.
5. Providing in-service training and acting as a resource for nursing and therapy staff.
6. Working under supervision to deliver patient care, documenting all care accurately, and reporting patient condition changes promptly.
7. Collaborating with healthcare team members to organize patient care activities.
8. Taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining professional accountability.
9. Following company policies and core values.
10. Participating in a call rotation to service hospitals on weekends and after hours (geography-dependent).
11. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to drive 5-40% of the time

Compensation: $42,000 - $60,000 annually plus commission based on location, with expense reimbursement for eligible expenses.
