Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a strong team of coaches and potential leaders. Maintain a fully engaged and high-performing Personal Training/MMA team. Handle member service matters, perform administrative and housekeeping duties, and comply with operational procedures. Work the floor to assist members and encourage their involvement in private training. Assist in revenue-generating activities and achieve monthly revenue objectives.

Qualifications include in-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques, a minimum of 1 certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym, and a minimum of 1 year of related experience. Experience in management/employee relations is preferred.
