IDEMIA National Security Solutions (NSS) is seeking an experienced individual with diverse experience in IT to act as a Technical Support Engineer to assist our IT support team at customer locations. This role will require up to 75% travel to DoD Installations in support of NSS equipment installations and maintenance while interacting with key stakeholders and accessing a secure network to troubleshoot as required. The ideal candidate will reside near a major domestic airport due to the travel requirement. The individual must possess a US Government Common Access Card (CAC Card).
In this role you will work closely with the Program Director, Product Director, Delivery Team, Integration Teams, and back-office support teams. You will be responsible for acting as the primary liaison for NSS with DoD customers / stakeholders to access a virtual desktop or local hardware onsite at DoD installations and assist NSS integration teams with remote support. You will be required to access the facility and verbally communicate with the NSS team during outages or routine maintenance.
