What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management in legal tech
  • Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships
  • Proactive problem‑solving approach with a focus on customer satisfaction
