Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:

• Generate product and wireless awareness by connecting with customers and actively listening to their needs


• Assist customers with processing wireless orders in an effort to increase service revenue


• Maintain a sound knowledge of products, promotions, and service offerings to stay up to date


• Attend training sessions and conference calls to become an expert on our brand and our clients


• Drive and exceed sales goals through ensuring World-Class customer service and relations experiences


• Engage with customers, providing them with adequate product knowledge and service insight


• Execute hands-on promotions of client services directly to the consumer in-person and close every sale
