Organize and oversee the various outlets. Ensure quality of food, beverage, service and ambiance. Maintain proper staffing and timeliness of various outlets. Job responsibilities include; although are not limited to:Operate within Forbes 5 star standards and hold team accountable to these standards on a daily basis. Display a congenial appearance and is well groomed at all times. Assisting the department manager in development, implementation and maintenance of outlet service standards. Training both group and in one on ones to stress service standards, safety, and product knowledge. Coordinates all service staff for all meal periods in the outlets during the shift. Monitor set up and maintenance of department to ensure all side work is complete. Perform all other administrative functions required and communicate information to the department manager as needed.
