Your Mission

You'll create a seamless VIP experience from arrival to farewell - delivering top-tier hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine connection in every interaction.

What You'll Do

Greet and welcome all guests and VIPs with energy and professionalism

Manage VIP tables, bottle service reservations, and guest lists

Communicate guest preferences and seating flow with servers and managers

Maintain an accurate waitlist and rotation to balance service flow

Anticipate guest needs and handle service issues promptly and graciously

Support the team by keeping the front area polished, prepped, and ready to impress

Assist with guest check-ins, event access, and coordination of special requests

You're a Great Fit If You...
