PR: $30/hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2


• Basic Life Support (BLS) card required OR CPR card from the American Heart Association


• Proficient in medical terminology


• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing


• Familiarity with Teams, Excel, Word, and Epic systems

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Completion of a ward clerk training program


• Spanish language skills


• Experience with patient and specimen transport

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer calls, including call lights and telephone


• Manage the surgery schedule for the surgery center


• Assemble patient packets for each surgery day


• Process admissions, transfers, and discharges using the electronic medical record system


• Order materials and supplies and collect equipment as needed


• Coordinate discharge times and assist with timely patient discharges
