Responsible for focusing on identifying high-impact opportunities for AI across the business and guiding those opportunities from idea to implementation. Works directly with business units to understand their goals, processes, and challenges — and help translate those into AI use cases that are feasible, valuable, and aligned with the CoE's mission. This is a proactive, strategic role. Responsible for uncovering opportunities that may not be obvious, challenge assumptions, and helping shape the direction of Alliant's AI strategy. Remains engaged throughout implementation, supporting teams as they adopt new tools and workflows, and ensures that solutions deliver meaningful value rather than just technical output.
