Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP/AR)

Front Porch Communities & Services is hiring for the full-time Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) position at Wesley Palms Retirement Community. Base pay range: $25.50/hr - $27.50/hr. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Overview

Manages a variety of general office accounting activities and is responsible for accounts receivable (IL/AL) and accounts payable. Compiles and maintains records by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of general office accounting activities and responsibilities for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Compile and maintain records related to AR/AP functions.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.

Qualifications

  • Education with Equivalent Qualifications: Essential: 1 year college or technical school
  • Experience With Equivalent Qualifications: Essential: 2 years of prior AP/AR experience preferred

  • Communication/Interpersonal: Effective written communication skills; ability to develop and deliver presentations; collaboration and teamwork; conflict management; relationship building with customers, management, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate with healthcare professionals to assess needs and develop a plan of care as applicable.
  • Ability to function efficiently with minimum direction.
  • Knowledge of current State and Federal regulations.
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and implement work assignments efficiently.
  • Self-motivation and ability to advance work as needed.
  • Ability to understand, follow, support and initiate policies and procedures.
