Job Description:

Position:

Program Manager Key Position /Exempt

Primary Tasks:

1. Inspect (1900) Central Technical Publications Library.


2. Inspect (2600) Technical Directive Compliance.

Desired Skills:

• A highly adept communicator with extensive experience in managing aviation maintenance records and data.


• Highly skilled with the configuration management aspects of NTCSS Optimized NALCOMIS systems.


• Ability to translate governing directives and assess Organizational and Intermediate level unit compliance.


• Technical and service experience necessary to evaluate asset management systems for documentation and calculation accuracy.

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of active duty service.


• Experience as an I Level Technical Directive coordinator.


• Central Technical Publications Librarian (CTPL) experience desirable, but not required.


• Able to obtain a secret clearance.


• Database Administrator experience desirable, but not required.


• Aircraft Logs and Records experience desirable, but not required.

Clearance Requirements:

Secret Clearance

Contract Duration:

This is a long-standing contract with a duration of 3.5 years, with potential for re-competition. Personnel may transfer to a new contractor if STi does not win the re-competed contract.
