Boutique-size Real Estate Law firm seeks a Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join their team. The role offers 100% remote work, flexible billables, and a clear path to equity partnership.

Base Pay

$160,000 $180,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial real estate litigation matters for major clients.
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and provide strategic litigation counsel.
• Represent clients in appellate proceedings and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior partners on business development and client strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate litigation experience.
• License to practice law in California.
• Reside in San Diego County, Riverside County, or San Bernardino County.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
