A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $125,000 to $191,000 in the California, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York Metropolitan areas. Actual compensation will be based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible scheduled time off (STO), minimum 56 hours of sick and safe leave, 11 holidays, and 2 recharge days. Weaver also offers in-house CPE and learning opportunities through our Learning & Development department.
