The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project scope, timelines, and execution while ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies. This role involves coordinating sprints, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement within development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile frameworks, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while tracking key metrics.
2. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
3. Coach and mentor team members on Agile frameworks, ensuring best practices.
4. Facilitate internal communication and collaboration across teams.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications with stakeholders and customers.
6. Work with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests.
7. Identify and resolve conflicts, removing obstacles to ensure smooth project execution.
8. Guide teams through Agile maturity and process improvements.
9. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with project goals.
10. Foster a productive environment where team members take ownership of projects.

Required Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.
2. Familiarity with software development processes.
3. Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques and Agile artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement).
4. Good understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
5. Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
7. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience mentoring junior team members.
2. Hands-on experience with SVN, Git, Gradle, and Bitbucket for version control.
3. Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps for project tracking and collaboration.
