SUMMARY

Responsible for focusing on identifying high-impact opportunities for AI across the business and guiding those opportunities from idea to implementation. Works directly with business units to understand their goals, processes, and challenges — and help translate those into AI use cases that are feasible, valuable, and aligned with the CoE's mission. This is a proactive, strategic role. Responsible for uncovering opportunities that may not be obvious, challenge assumptions, and helping shape the direction of Alliant's AI strategy. Remains engaged throughout implementation, supporting teams as they adopt new tools and workflows, and ensures that solutions deliver meaningful value rather than just technical output.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partners with business units to identify and evaluate opportunities for AI adoption.
• Translates business needs into clear, actionable use cases and solution concepts.
• Collaborates with the full AI CoE team — including the AI Product Manager, AI Program Manager, and other CoE members — to scope, prioritize, and support implementation.
• Helps define success metrics and value realization plans for each initiative.
• Supports change management efforts by helping teams understand and embrace new AI-enabled processes.
• Monitors adoption and impact, and recommends adjustments or improvements as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Business
• Four (4) or more years e xperience in business analysis, product strategy, or solution consulting, ideally with exposure to AI or data-driven technologies

SKILLS

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping shape new strategic directions.
