This role ensures seamless booking experiences for Canine Training Clients at Paw Commons Pet Resort by managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and leveraging sales skills to enhance client satisfaction.

The Appointment Setter requires strong communication, technical proficiency, and a passion for pets in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, customer service, or reservations (pet care or hospitality preferred).
  • Proficiency in Gingr software, Pepper CRM, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.
  • Ability to upsell services and products effectively.
  • Comfortable using computers and web-based systems.
  • Strong salesperson with a proven track record and ability to exceed quarterly targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic knowledge of most common problem behaviors with pet dogs and most common training services available to the public in general

Commitment

  • Full-time position (Tues-Sat 9a-5:30p).
  • Must work 100% in-person at the Bay Park, CA location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain reservation records using web-based software.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and modifications via phone and in-person.
  • Deliver top-tier service to pet parents, resolving concerns promptly.
  • Upsell services and products to enhance client experience (no cold calling).
  • Provide educated information on training services to promote customer confidence
  • Collaborate with Reservation Teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canine Training services and promotions.

Commitment & Compensation

  • Full-Time: Tuesday through Saturday
  • Pay Range: $2024/hour + Performance-based quarterly bonuses
