Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform liquid filling, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products using lab instruments.
• Maintain accurate documentation in SAP or other production systems.
• Inspect packaging components and finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Support inventory management by organizing and retrieving supplies.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality control protocols, including EH&S policies.
• Participate in shift meetings, training, and process improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to gowning and safety requirements.

• Minimum of 6 months of industry work experience in a similar manufacturing or laboratory setting.
• Experience with liquid dispensing and packaging equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP or other production planning systems is preferred.

• Proficiency in handling pipettes, peristaltic pumps, and analytical balances.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality control measures.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, especially for fill volume adjustments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a structured environment with strict safety and quality guidelines.
• Familiarity with inventory management and material handling processes.

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Background in science and/or manufacturing is mandatory.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with computers and general business software.
