Job Details

Responsible for propulsion project engineering activities on the MQ-1 C and related Army platforms. Main focus is on diesel internal combustion engine related items but also includes propellers, turbine engines, hybrid systems, fuel system, gearboxes, electrical systems and FADEC or engine calibration projects. Candidate is desired to have propulsion, project engineering and hands on experience of internal combustion engines or aircraft. Focal point of design or manufacturing improvements from the design team, program management, quality, external customer and software amongst others. Organizes, communicates and tracks the project with frequent internal and external presentations. Support operation of engineering systems by evaluating and interpreting needs and problems and develops effective approaches to resolving those issues.
