General Summary

The Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team provides support to HQ and regional teams on finance and business operations activities. This role focuses on sales operations: forecasting and pipeline health checks, reporting & analysis, sales process optimization, cross‑functional collaboration, bill of materials, shipment planning, and sales incentive planning.

Responsibilities

• Advanced computer proficiency of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PPT, MS Teams). Previous experience of Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Rapid Response, Demantra, SAP is an advantage.
• Can identify issues and root causes and use own judgement to provide feedback solutions to complex problems and can identify the potential solutions.
• Effectively and quickly adapts to new systems, processes, and policies.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Exercises analytical skill within generally defined practices using a variety of sources to find solutions.
• Be results oriented with great attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize your own work and respond to ad hoc requests as needed; able to make quick and accurate decisions.
• Must have demonstrable communication skills to be able to communicate clearly and accurately in an open manner whether in person, written or via teleconference, and across cultures. Must be able to contribute proactively during meetings.
• Collaborates openly, respectfully, and inclusively creating trusting relationships within own and wider teams and to internal customers to explain issues, gain insights and develop connections. May represent the department as a prime contact for special projects.

Education & Experience

• Requires a minimum of 6+ years of related experience in Business Operations / Sales Operations Service back office in a technology‑oriented industry. Semiconductor industry preferred.
• Excellent in managing ERP systems and advanced Excel, VBA.
• Experience in process reviewing and leading team.
• Master's degree in business management / Analytics, Operations.
• Ability to focus on details, multitask, and review processes in a timely manner with quality output.
• Planning & prioritization of work assigned.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskill with tools – Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Flexible for evening calls (8 PM – 11 PM IST) for HQ reviews and transition calls on a regular basis.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 4+ years of business operations or related experience.
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 6+ years of business operations or related experience.
