Senior Litigation Attorney

An Am Law 200 firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its growing California team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of litigation experience, a strong trial background, and an active California Bar license.

Base Pay Range

$190,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr

Locations

Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA

What You'll Do

• Lead litigation matters from strategy through trial.
• Handle motion practice, depositions, discovery, and client communication.
• Draft persuasive pleadings and briefs; represent clients in court and arbitration.
• Collaborate with partners and associates to deliver top-tier client service.

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 10+ years of litigation experience with proven trial and courtroom success.
• Excellent writing, research, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship management abilities.

Preferred

• Experience with data privacy and cybersecurity litigation (CCPA, GDPR).
• Background defending class actions or privacy-related claims (IRPA, BIPA, VPPA, CIPA).

Compensation & Benefits
