Job Summary:
The Associate Director, Clinical FP&A will be the primary business partner to our clinical organization, responsible for all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting. In this role, they will work closely with clinical leadership to plan, develop and execute the organization's clinical roadmap, ensuring resources and funds are available for all clinical trials and efforts. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing through influence, challenging the status quo, distilling complex financial concepts into easily digestible messages and managing through uncertainty while supporting a fast-paced organization. This new role will report to the Sr. Director of FP&A.

Pay & Benefits:
The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $190,000 depending on relevant skills, competencies, experience, and education. In addition, this position is eligible for target bonus, long-term incentives, 401k retirement savings plan with company match, and a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
