Realty Income is seeking a dedicated **Data Analyst, Strategy & Insights Operations**, who will expand the horizon of usable data by extracting, synthesizing, and maintaining financials at both the corporate and property levels. Actionable insights will empower our Credit, Asset Management, Acquisitions, and Predictive Analytics teams to mitigate risks such as credit issues and tenant defaults. This analyst will aid in the future success of the Company by helping to improve the processes around providing data-which drive analytics to determine tenant health as part of active portfolio management.**What you will be working on:****Operations**Assist the Sr. Director of operations and entire S&I department in end-to-end credit operations, from application intake to seamless data integration, reporting, and documentation.* Help consolidate and collate in-depth industry data and assist in the presentations for a wide audience.* Provide ongoing support for the infrastructure and platforms with standardized templates utilized for the Credit Team's data, analytics, and reporting needs.The focus is on several areas, specifically:* Templates for reporting, using Power BI and other analytical tools.* Leverage vendor platforms to further enhance data extraction and create efficiencies.* Aid in the creation of operational dashboards to showcase portfolio performance to the Strategy & Insights department as well as Executives.**Leadership*** Utilizes internal and external data to assist in performing in-depth analysis of Realty Income's existing portfolio, as well as acquisition candidates.* Aid in the process of collating the news flow from the department to keep senior executives appraised of all material events or potential risks to RI's portfolio.* Proactively assists in the organization of unit-level and corporate financials and works closely with Asset Management, Credit, and Acquisitions to provide actionable insights into the health of existing tenants.**What you need to be successful*** It is expected to execute the duties of this position a qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or another related field of study.* Minimum of 1-year practical work experience in data analysis.* Proven experience using SQL and Python for data analysis, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.* Skilled in working with large-scale databases and high-volume data environments.* Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities including the ability to communicate complex ideas to large groups, including senior management.**What You'll get in Return:*** Competitive Salary including potential for bonus and stock awards.* Best-in-class Benefit Package* Collaborative, team-oriented environment* Opportunities for Continuing Professional DevelopmentAdditional information can be obtained from the corporate website at .This hybrid position is based in our San Diego (Del Mar Heights) headquarters. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office for collaboration, with the opportunity to work remote on Monday and Friday. For candidates outside San Diego and surrounding counties remote working options may be available.The hourly pay range for this role is $29.94 - $37.57 - $43.95#LI-AM#LI-HybridOffers near the high end are uncommon but may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience and skills and are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
