Job Details

Supervise and direct the work of four to six Electrical Engineering Systems Group design engineers through complex engineering projects and tasks. Oversee their output for consistency and accuracy. Provide leadership and act as an advisor for determining engineering objectives. Guide project planning and associated project management efforts. Develop innovative but practical solutions for advanced technical systems, including electrical power systems, vehicle management/flight control systems, payload subsystems, etc. Oversee, and sometimes perform, the development and analysis of electrical system architectures, evaluation of electrical circuits and their operation at the system level, development of aircraft power budgets, analysis of equipment for compliance to GA-ASI requirements, etc. Ensure the electrical subsystems, including their components, are designed, analyzed, tested and built to meet the program schedule.
