As a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving large, highly visible and complex programs against tight deadlines. You will be a key partner to our architecture, engineering and operations teams to develop and maintain strong partnerships that drive innovation, maturity growth and execute ServiceNow's strategic priorities through the investments you are entrusted with.
The ideal candidate will have a broad and deep understanding of cloud infrastructure components, including hardware, OS, applications, databases, networks, and datacenters; good knowledge of public cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.). Prior experience managing programs to support building and scaling applications/services on public/private cloud in an MSP setting is highly desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work in an open, collaborative, dynamic team environment are required.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $168,900 - $295,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. The compensation may vary based on qualifications, skill level, and location. We also offer health plans, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
