Key Responsibilities:

• Manually load trucks with products destined for our customers.
• Engage in lifting, lowering, and carrying products in a fast-paced environment.
• Stack empty pallets and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Prioritize safety by following documented procedures and protocols.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Staples Supply Chain.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to be MHEO certified and operate necessary material handling equipment.
• Commitment to maintaining a tidy work area.
• Collaborate with team members and customers to address concerns effectively.
• Adapt quickly to safety procedures and implement safe work practices.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures found in warehouse environments.
• Basic English verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

• 3+ months of related experience in a warehouse setting; other combinations of training, education, or experience are acceptable.
• Ability to pass a drug test in accordance with the law.
• Willingness to work additional hours when necessary for business demands.
• Capacity to lift, push, or pull merchandise up to 100 pounds.
• Required to wear safety composite shoes.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 100% of the shift.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
