The Department of Mathematics at the University of California, San Diego invites applications for the Stefan E. Warschawski Visiting Assistant Professorships in all areas of Mathematics, Statistics, and related topics. Positions are three‑year nonrenewable appointments aimed at new and recent PhDs whose work demonstrates strong potential in mathematical research.
Teaching in Mathematics, Statistics, and related topics will be expected, with a teaching load of four quarter courses per year. Lecture courses will be at undergraduate upper- and lower-division levels.

Basic qualifications (required at time of application): Currently pursuing PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
