Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering is an established land planning and civil engineering firm providing comprehensive services ranging from conceptual land planning to detailed engineering, grading and infrastructure design, as well as construction support to both the private and public sectors of the land development market. Our experience includes the planning and design of residential, educational facilities, hospitals, biotechnology, commercial, office, industrial, mixed‑use, and aviation projects. Planning and civil engineering are closely integrated for a comprehensive interdisciplinary team approach to a project's design.

We are currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager with experience in land development, specifically in healthcare, higher education, and civic, to manage a project team to execute work on a variety of project types. The candidate should be comfortable with design‑build project delivery methods and provide direct client interface, managing financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, change orders and proposals. Some business development responsibilities are also expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• California PE license
• 10+ years of land development experience
• Management experience
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
• Organization and prioritization abilities
